01 Acceptance and amendment
CPS may amend these terms at any time; amendments take effect when published on this site. Continuing to use the site after an amendment means you have read, understood and accepted it.
If you are under eighteen, you may use this site only after your legal representative has read, understood and agreed to these terms in full, including subsequent amendments.
02 What this site provides
This site provides information about CPS semiconductor IC circuit analysis and related services, including a list of completed public reports, service descriptions and contact details.
The report list is for reference only. What can actually be supplied, at what scope and price, is governed by the letter of authorisation or commission agreement signed by both parties.
03 Registration and account security
Some services require a CPS Portal account. When requesting one you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password and for all activity under that account. If you discover unauthorised use or any security concern, notify CPS immediately.
If you provide inaccurate or false information, CPS may suspend or terminate your account and decline to provide service.
04 Use of CPS School public reports
CPS School reports are made available for online reading only. They are not downloadable, and neither BrigenOne projects nor schematic source files are provided. Reading and studying a report personally, once signed in, requires no separate application.
Using a report for lectures, laboratory course material, citation in theses and academic publications, conference presentations, or any other purpose that places the report contents before a third party requires prior written consent from CPS. Requests should name the course or the venue.
Any consented use must credit CPS as the source and leave the existing source marks and watermarks in the report intact. Suggested credit line: “Source: CPS Intelligence Co., Ltd, CPS School public report, cps-i.com”.
The reports may not be resold or distributed for payment, the source marks may not be removed or obscured, and the contents may not be used for commercial product development or competitive analysis.
Copyright in the public reports remains with CPS. This programme grants a limited right of use, not an assignment of copyright.

In either case, copyright ownership and permitted use of the report are governed by the documents signed by both parties.
